Make Desk Posture Easier (WFH)
We all know that we *should* sit properly at computers, but it often feels awkward, uncomfortable and exhausting.
Caught in a Catch-22 – we know poor posture makes us tense and achy, but good posture is awkward and tiring.
In this workshop, you’ll learn:
- how to switch to good posture, without creating more aches and pains
- what good posture actually is (and the mistakes you’re probably making when you try to sit in good posture)
- how to have good posture even if you’re in a dining chair and kitchen table
- a single, 30-second stretch that makes good posture feel 40-80% easier, immediately
Next date: Sun, 10 Jan 2021 4:30 pm (GMT)

Upper Body Stretching (WFH)
Stretching the wrong way makes your muscles tighter, and stretching the wrong thing makes your imbalances worse. What can you do?
In this workshop, you’ll learn:
- how to stretch effectively
- how to use testing & palpation to KNOW your stretching is effective
- the main stretches you need to take pressure off your neck, shoulder & upper back
- what to do when, to get the most benefits in the least amount of time
Because it’s a practical workshop, you’ll feel the difference from the stretches right away, and you get a handout to fill in so you can remember the stretches for future.
Next date: Tue, 12 Jan 2021, 7:30 pm (GMT)

Breathing for Neck, Shoulder and Back Pain
Breathing techniques help to reduce muscle tension, thereby lessening pain. And who doesn’t want to lessen pain right?
In this workshop, you’ll learn:
