The #1 reason clients don’t do their self-care regularly is quite simply that they forget.

We’ve designed ReminderWear so you can wear or keep nearby reminders of your most important self-care posture adjustments, activations or stretches.

Most T-shirts/tops come in a variety of colours that you can choose on the RedBubble site.

If you like a specific design (like ‘activating abs 10%’ but would love the circle in a different colour let me know – I’m happy to adjust designs as requested.

Our lower abdominals are often under-recruited, which can lead to lower back pain, neck & shoulder issues, and problems when weight training or running (and comes in a few other colours as well). 

This lightweight hoodie is perfect for an autumn run and a great way to remind yourself to keep those abs engaged.
