Our online workshops are available to anyone with a laptop, and cover glute activation & stretching for runners, cyclists & weight training or upper body stretches & improving desk posture. You'll be surprised how different you feel after one of our online workshops.
Our selection of pay-what-you-want guided visualisations include: full body scan & relax, improving your breathing (which can relax your neck & shoulder muscles), energising & bubble visualisation.
