Ailish comes from a dance background, loves cycling & running. She uses a combination of focused soft tissue and gentle stretches/mobility work to improve range of movement and reduce pain-creating muscle tension.
Aiden left a corporate finance career to become a massage therapist in 2012. Familiar with the stress desk/computer-work can put on the body, he helps you improve posture & manage stress with multiple modalities.
Aida qualified as a massage therapist in 2018. Through experiencing her own chronic pain and injuries she has developed a patient-centred practice, aiming to educate her clients and enable them to live pain-free.
